Group sessions vary in length & price depending on age and topic of focus.
To ensure successful group counseling, groups will be maxed out at 10-12 individuals
*For insurance reimbursement, an individual intake session must occur before group sessions begin
I travel to your campus or location in these package sessions and work directly with your team. Team sessions are targeted to meet your team goals and create mental strategies for success. I work closely with coaches to individualize each session to ensure specific goals are being met. This includes in between session plans to maximize mental skill development.
